St Helier is the principal town of the island of Jersey, the largest of the Channel Islands.

St Helier Methodist Centre is situated in the centre of the town.  We are located at the top of Halkett Place , just up from the public library – you can’t miss us!  With a membership of 110 we have 60 – 90 people regularly worshipping with us each Sunday, with many visitors during the summer months.

Our worship is varied and over the period of a month you can expect traditional Methodist hymns through to contemporary worship songs, preaching and drama as means to explore the gospel, and congregational participation as well as opportunities to be still and meditative before God.  The third Sunday of each month would usually be a service of Holy Communion and the fourth Sunday would be a time of Family Worship.  We try to follow this pattern although with major church festivals and other special events falling on different dates it isn’t always possible.  Please follow the Church Services link to see who is preaching this month and what format that service may take.
